Did you get any ideas for your business plan?

Based upon the content of the e-commerce video, did you get any ideas of how you could implement e-commerce into your business plans?

Ford's virtual showroom was a nice idea, letting customers customize cars without having to go to a dealership. I would like my website to simulate my store; so when you visit the site, it's almost as if you are in the store in person.

I would like my business to show customers that they should feel like they are at home; feeling comfortable that they can be as artistic as they want. So that's a main part of the video that reminded me that I really need to think more about my customers needs.

I want to run a franchise, it can either be in the food industry or hotel/restaurant business. I want it to be a LLC but I would really hope not to rely on investors.

You must keep your customers happy and keep up with technology. To successfully run a business what ever line of work you run your customers must be happy. You want good exposure and your customers will bring you that.

I figure that if I'm going to write a business plan, it should be something that's related to my major, future career, and something that I have a little experience with. An electronic arts studio came to mind. It would cover web design, S&G programming and audio recording. Hampton Roads has a small local niche market and a huge contract market for these services.

My business plan will help me grow and maintain my current Real Estate Business. As an independent contractor as a Realtor it is my responsibility to gain more clients, maintain contact with future and past clients, and market myself, as well as continuing my education to benefit my business.
